ayyaba’s torture case on Friday, her father forgave the judge Raja Khurram and his wife Maheen who inflicted torture on her.

7;s father Azam told the court. “I had come under the pressure of Supreme Court.”
Additional Sessions Judge Raja Asif assured Azam that the court will do justice in the case of his daughter but he backed down from the case.
Raja Asif added the plaintiff will have to submit an affidav
it in the court so that the court could decide on the pending bail petition.
An inquiry report prepared by the Islamabad police found Additional Sessions Judge Raja Khurram Ali Khan’s wife Maheen responsible for torture and the judge himself of criminal negligence. The report will be presented as evidence in the Supreme Court.
The case caught
media attention after she was recovered from the residence of Raja Khurram Ali Khan in January. A medical report for 10-year-old T
ayyaba stated that there were 20 torture marks on her body.
